Using your Sweet Sessions Creative Journal Workbook
This is your journal to guide with freedom of thought and expression. To be consistent with your
feelings and your progress. For each session we will use your journal. In order to get the best
out of each session your Sweet Humans mentor needs to know your journey in order to support you the best we can.
It is important to be honest. Truly honest with yourself and your Sweet Humans mentor. We want to enhance the journey you are on so you can move forward beyond these sessions, to set you up to continue consistently in your creative power.
There should be a total minimum of three hours dedicated to prior the session, between
sessions and preparing for the next session. Try to make it clear and precise as the goal is to
continue using this Journal beyond the session and as you move forward with your creative timeline.
Sweet Session One: Ignite or Reignite Your Creative Vision
This is the Session you have to be honest. What has worked, what has not. What is missing, what is there, what is holding you. We are going to break through you emotion blocks. It is time to get serious about you and to do that we need to know what is in your head and your heart to break down the blocks so you can thrive, are you ready?
In Sweet Session One, we are going to dive deep into the heart of your creative aspirations where you can truly be honest with yourself of where you are and where you would like to go.
We will go through your Sweet Sessions Creative Journal Workbook to uncover the following.

Sweet Session Two: Refueling Creative Drive & Direction
Take everything you’ve learned and get ready to channel your true inner gifts you’ve
been hiding. Now you’re equipped with the strength you need to conquer your doubts
and have a champion on your side that will help you create a strategic plan to cultivate your artistic evolution!
In Sweet Session Two, we’ll immerse ourselves in a series of activities crafted to sparkle your
creative energy and elevate your creative plan and build a timeline.
We want to elevate your overall vision and clear your pathway to creative thinking and success.

1. Creative Exercises Transcending Traditional Thinking
2. Integration of Imaginative Elements into the Plan
3. Addressing Creative Roadblocks Through Problem-Solving
4. Strengthening the Plan with your Artistic Flair
Sweet Session Three: Fine-Tune Your Artistic Path
This is it. We have worked through the blocks, it has been emotional because you have
shared your truth. Now we are clear we can set a clear path for your Artistic path. The
work starts now. Can you commit, can you walk down your path and keep going till you reach it. Now is the time!
In this final pivotal session, we embark on a comprehensive journey to now fine-tune your
artistic path. We will now focus through a series of purposeful activities, we’ll set you up to take
these practices into the future. Preview of some of the areas we will we will cover:
1. Reviewing Artistic Progress and Making Adjustment – You’re now ready to embody and
unleash who you truly are and ready to brand yourself going forward.
2. Identifying and celebrating Areas for Artistic Improvement and Innovation – let’s see where
you really want to take things all in a safe space where you can figure out and express your true
desired next step.
3. Finalizing the Strategic Plan for Next Steps – look how far you’ve come, let’s celebrate by
making a plan for the new you to reach your goals.
